**Acolad Digital** (soon to become **AmeXio**) is a leading provider of **content-centered solutions and services** for corporate clients and government institutions around the globe that aim to enhance their **digital customer** and **employee experience**. AmeXio is projected to generate €85 million in revenue across nine countries. We groeien voortdurend en zijn op zoek naar een **Microsoft Team Coach **om ons team naar het volgende niveau te tillen. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor een team van consultants die werken binnen M365, Azure, Power Platform en Valo Intranet. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat onze klanten de best mogelijke oplossing krijgen. Je motiveert en inspireert jouw team met jouw kennis en enthousiasme. Op individueel niveau **coach** je je teamleden door de tijd te nemen om naar hun behoeften te luisteren en hun carrièrepaden te ondersteunen. Je **stimuleert de carrièregroei** van je teamleden door het ontwikkelen van opleidingsplannen, het creëren van mogelijkheden om kennis te delen, enz. Samen met de projectmanagers beslis je welke projecten passen bij de vaardigheden en ambities van de consultants, in samenspraak met de betrokken teamleden. Je bent een ambassadeur van de Acolad Digital waarden en geeft het goede voorbeeld. In nauwe samenwerking met de Practice Director en het Solutions team ben je betrokken bij het bepalen van de Acolad Digital **strategie** en de toekomst van het Microsoft team.
