Life Sciences Sales Director
The Life Sciences Sales Director is part of the management team of the Life Sciences Business Unit and report to the Head of Business Unit.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Lead, manage and motivate Life Sciences Sales team to meet business goals, strengthen the reputation and competitiveness of KEGT in the market.
- Take responsibility for defining and implementing the sales strategy, KPIs and dashboards, reviewing key accounts and segmentation as well as overseeing day-to-day sales activities for the business.
- Accountable to develop in depth accounts knowledge and establish strong strategic partnerships with large B2C and B2B accounts.
- Responsible for the progress of new sales product areas, identifying new commercial customers, qualifying and developing leads, and working collaboratively with scientific, marketing, customer services, and operations teams.
**Your profile**:
- Master’s degree in sciences or in bioengineering. Good understanding of biotechnologies and particularly molecular biology.
- Proven track record of high performance in a Sales Key Account management function, delivering commercial success in a Life Sciences or MedTech or Biopharma based B2B environment.
- Previous working experience at a senior sales management level selling products and services in a B2B environment is essential. Experience in selling novel biotech services within Life Sciences in an international environment would be highly advantageous.
**Your aptitudes**:
- Ability to assess and develop key account sales practices and improve continuously the sales model. Strong communication, coaching and negotiation skills. Solution and team oriented.
- Fluent in English. Ability to understand and speak French in a professional context will be appreciate.
