**Description de la fonction
**Mission : Assurer le support Service Desk en renfort de l'équipe IT Technicien en place.
La mission comporte les tâches suivantes:
¿ Installation et migration des postes de travail Win 10
¿ Support Monitoring (backup, espace disques, alertes antivirus, malware)
¿ Répondre aux appels du Helpdesk
¿ Création du profil des nouveaux agents (Windows et office 365)
¿ Gestion des droits d'accès Windows et office 365.
¿ Installation de logiciels
¿ Trouble shooting niveau 1 et 2
**Description du profil
**Bonne connaissance Win 10 et office 365
Bonnes connaissances des outils et de l'administration d'office 365
Connaissance de base de Windows server 2008 à 2016
Active Directory, droit d'accès
Suivi incident niveau 1 et 2
Expérience trouble shooting réseau/wifi
Connaissance d'un outil de suivi de ticketing (Lansweeper est un plus)
