**Job Description**:
As International Sales Support Officer you are responsible for the administrative process of Eurofiber sales. You play an important role in supporting your Account Managers and providing information in order to close sales.

Through team meetings you collaborate with the pre
- and post-sales support teams and prioritize your cases to handle.

This means you’ll work on client cases and questions from Account Managers regarding possibilities on client onboarding, network upgrades or changes, invoicing, pricing and cost requests.

**Qualifications**:
The key to turn a customer into a loyal partner, is to exceed expectations. It’s not only about knowing what the customer needs, but also about walking the extra mile. You’re a pioneer in administrative processes and understand how sales works within an IT/Telecom environment.

You also have/are:

- some experience within a sales administrative environment within a telecom or IT environment.
- enjoying making calls to get things done;
- enjoy collaborating with people and work in a supporting role;
- stress resistant;
- fluent in Dutch and English.
