**About the Role**
**As the Marketing & Communication Manager for BeLux, you will shape and execute the marketing strategy for Belgium and Luxembourg, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand positioning. Reporting to the Market Unit Head of Belux and to the Europe Cluster Marketing Director, you will be managing the M&C Belux team and collaborate closely with the Country Board in Belgium and Luxembourg, various local stakeholders (sales, operations, HR, ), partners and Global Marketing functions to drive a cohesive and impactful marketing and communication strategy. You will oversee all Marcom activities for Belgium and Luxembourg, encompassing the various brands (Capgemini, Sogeti, Capgemini Invent, Capgemini Engineering).**
**Your Responsibilities**
**Leading the Marketing and Communication team in Belux, your missions will include the following**:
**Strategic Marketing & Leadership**:
- **Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, employer branding, and business growth.**:
- **Collaborate with leadership, sales & operations teams, and global marketing teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.**:
- **Structure and lead a cohesive and relevant M&C setup and ecosystem, incorporating both internal and external resources to achieve M&C objectives.**:
- **Provide strategic direction on content marketing, digital campaigns, events, and lead generation.**:
- **Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize strategies.**
**Brand Positioning & Lead Generation**:
- **Identify opportunities to showcase Capgemini’s expertise through thought leadership content focused on key offerings.**:
- **Drive lead generation efforts through targeted marketing campaigns, digital strategies, and event participation.**:
- **Plan, coordinate, and oversee business events, partner events and industry conferences to strengthen market presence and business relationships.**:
- **Oversee the execution of employer branding campaigns, employee advocacy initiatives, and social media engagement.**
**Content, Digital & Employee Advocacy**:
- **Work with internal teams to develop engaging content, including social media, website updates, newsletters, and client communications.**:
- **Support employee advocacy to amplify brand reach.**
**Internal communications & engagement**:
- **Define and implement an internal communication strategy to foster employee engagement and support business objectives.**:
- **Promote employee adoption of the Belux strategy and Transformation Agenda, and structure leadership communication.**:
- **Enhance employee engagement and build a strong internal culture through internal communications/ tools, campaigns, and events.**
**Budget Oversight & Team management**:
- **Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across campaigns and initiatives.**:
- **Track marketing performance metrics, campaign ROI, and generate reports**:
- **Ensure smooth execution of marketing operations, including branded materials, promotional items, and partnerships.**
**Leads the marketing and communications activities for the business division, provides counselling and support on marketing, internal and external communication, drives and creates compelling marketing communications to elevate Capgemini business offering and positioning. Thanks to a generalized expertise and in-depth knowledge of all (or specific) MandC domain (IC, EC, Branding, sponsoring, AR,...), the MandC business partner provides strategic MandC counsel and develops integrated MandC strategy and materials that meet business priority.**
**Job Description - Grade Specific**:
**Your Profile**
- **Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.**:
- **Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the IT or consulting sector.**:
- **Proven experience in strategic marketing, communications, digital marketing and event management, and content creation.**:
- **Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and working cross-functionally in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.**:
- **Proven ability to structure and lead a team.**:
- **Excellent project management, problem-solving, agility, and organizational abilities.**:
- **Strong communication skills in English and at least Dutch or French
