- We are currently looking for a
- **Marketing Manager** to join our E & A Generated Gases team (small O2, N2, H2 onsite generators).
- The scope of this role is to create and manage customer centric marketing plans and activities supporting the Generated Gases business targets of the E&A region across all product lines. This includes aligning with the AP regions and joint ventures territories to present a consistent message to the marketplace.
- In the role of Marketing Manager you develop and implement annual and multi-year marketing plans, conduct geographical and competitor-based marketing studies to drive the development of business strategies and product development and support the Marketing Intelligence group with the management of our customer loyalty activities and solutions for the EMEA region.
- Besides this you provide the support material for the trainings to raise awareness of the on-site product lines, business, all industries and operating service centres and provide support to the business conversion and/or margin enhancement programs. Where appropriate you support buy-back assessments in identified regions.
- As a member of the on-site marketing team you work to ensure that we are globally consistent in our approach to the market as far as possible.**Your profile**
- Besides this, you will have:

- A Bachelor degree as minimum
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in B2B ideally in industrials sectors in an international environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Additional EU language welcome.
