Work environment
As a member of the Human Resources team in the Business Area Nuclear in Belgium, you report directly to the Head of HR Legal Entity Belgium and you work closely with the business leaders and their management teams.
Mission
You will advise the managers of your business scope on operational HR matters
You will manage daily operational HR issues and conflicts with their scope by acting as first line of HR towards their employees
You will ensure the employee value proposition is correctly implemented in your scope of activity and ensure every employee can embrace this constant experience
You will ensure a positive employee experience during the main steps of the HR career cycle
You will be responsible for your scope for all main C&B & Talent processes
You will initiate, lead and participate in different transversal HR projects

What we need
Profile
You have a Master degree or equivalent
You have an HR operational background
You have at least 5 years of professional and relevant HRBP experience
You demonstrate to have a strong business (operational and financial) understanding
You have a pragmatic approach and you can work independently
You have strong leadership and negotiation skills
You have a proven track record managing and implementing changes and will act as a change agent
You demonstrate ability to animate communities, projects and processes
You are fluent in English, Dutch & French
