**Job description**
- **Providing proactive and timely assistance to customer inquiries**:

- **Contributing to regular business review meetings by presenting performance and financial reports**:

- **Providing essential administrative support, including standard operating procedures**:

- Collaborate in the creation of new debtors and Master Data Management
- Assist customers with the usage of the company platform

**Position requirements**
- **Bachelor’s degree in logistics or equivalent experience (1-3 yeras)**:

- **Strong operational knowledge of the Freight Forwarding industry**:

- **Fluent English language**:

- Being a strong communicator and networker
- **Ability to work autonomously and in a team**:

- **Good organization skills**
