As a Customer and logistics intern, you will develop a grrr-eat understanding of the commercial supply chain operations of a large international FMCG company through the following responsibilities:

- Analysis of key internal and retailer metrics, logistics indicators, stock levels
- Monitoring and updating of internal databases
- Working on process improvement projects under guidance from the CS&L and IBP Managers
- Reporting tasks to support the order management and integrated business planning processes
- Support the customer service team in order management tasks: order entry, stock allocation, delivery coordination
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams (Sales, Supply Planning, IT ) to provide solutions and resolve customer logistics, order fulfillment, and transportation issues.
- Deliver timely communication to internal and external customers during the order management lifecycle process
- Execute reporting tasks for internal and external customers in a timely and accurate manner
- Deliver administrative support to the Customer Logistics and Planning teams

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
- Completing or recently completed Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or similar
- Fluency in English, spoken and written
- Confident user of MS Excel
- Dutch and French language skills desirable
- Solid time management skills
- Analytical, good communicator, well organized
- Team player and fast learner
- Confident communicator in an international, multicultural and cross-functional environment
- A previous experience in supply chain, planning, customer service, reporting or similar is an asset
