**Responsibilities**:
**What will you learn as a Customer Collaboration Intern?**
- Customer Service & Logistics planning dynamics
- Problem Solving by Root Cause Analysis (Lean management)
- Short term demand planning
- Use of different tools to analyse core performance data for forecast accuracy and service and to identify and implement improvements
- Build Collaborative Relationships with Customers and internal stakeholders
- Cross-Functional impact of supply chain into the business.
- In addition to your customer-specific work, you will own a variety of other projects on behalf of the Customer Collaboration Team.
- Act and work within a fast and dynamic environment, with the focus on process optimizations and project management

Qualifications:
**Who are you?**
- WO Bachelor / Master’s or graduated (max. 3 months) with an affinity for Supply Chain and Planning
- Preferably fluent in Dutch and excellent in English, French is an advantage
- Accurate, analytical, organized and basic understanding of Excel, Word, Power Point.
- Strong communication skills - ability to lay out data, trends and insights in a way that engages key stakeholders
- Self-driven, and a desire to develop within Customer Collaboration Team
