**Job description**
- Drive sustainability reporting globally:

- Lead the preparation of ESG & Sustainability reporting & questionnaires to ensure compliance with the new reporting Directives (SBTi, CSRD, EU Taxonomy, UN Global Compact, EcoVadis, Sustanalitics ).
- Drive the related gap assessments and develop roadmaps to improve ratings.
- Support regions and country operations with any local reporting requirements (ex: Modern slavery, customer enquiries ).
- Define and gather sustainability KPIs, align reporting tools where relevant.
- Coordinate the decarbonization efforts in the organization.
- Monitor creation and approval of company policies in line with sustainability goals.
- Coordinate social investment activities.
- Be a TEAM MEMBER and collaborate with the 5 regional Sustainability leaders and the Sustainability team (4 colleagues).

The role operates at a global level (matrix organization) and is based in our headquarters in Brussels, with flexible home working possibilities. Team organization is flat where all members contribute and support the Aliaxis Strategy.

**Requirements**:
Key skills:

- Analytical mindsetwith a strong interest in sustainability reporting and social & governmental issues.
- At least 4 years’ experience gained either in ESG reporting, or within a field like finance, management consultancy, advisory
- Familiarity with international sustainability directives and reporting frameworks(e.g., SBTi, CSRD, CDP, EU Taxonomy, UN Global Compact, EcoVadis, Sustainalytics).
- Master's degreein a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Business Engineering, Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability).
- Experiencein a global organization, ideally within a relevant industry (e.g., manufacturing, pharma, retail, supply chain ) or/and consultancy.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
- Structured mindset, meticulous, detail-oriented, capable of simplifying complex concepts, creating buy-inwithin the organization.
- Advanced Excel skills, familiarity with AI tools, data analysis capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment in transformation and in a diverse international environment.
