Are you detail-oriented, pro-active, and passionate about supporting Finance Processes with the goal to deliver accurate financials? We’re looking for an **Accounts Payable Accountant** to join our dynamic team and help ensure smooth and timely processing of vendor invoices.
Your Responsibilities:
As our Accounts Payable Accountant, you will:
- Be responsible for the end-to-end processing of vendor invoices using Medius and SAP S4Hana.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices.
- Perform 3-way matching to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Reconcile Account Payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Actively follow up on internal communications regarding outstanding invoices, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
- Collaborate with procurement and other internal stakeholders to maintain a high standard of financial operations.

Who you are
- You bring solid experience in Accounts Payable processes (+2 years).
- You communicate fluently in both English and Dutch, written and spoken.
- You demonstrate a hands-on attitude and a keen eye for detail.
- You approach your work with proactivity and precision.
- You have a bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
