- Je bent communicatief sterk, zowel per mail als per telefoon
- Je hebt een commerciële feeling

- Je bent verantwoordelijk en kan zelfstandig werken
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands, Frans & Engels
- Je beschikt mínimaal over een professionele bachelor

Als Client Coordinator ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt van de klanten binnen je eigen portefeuille.
Je beheert hun dossiers van A tot Z, resulterend in een uitgebreid en gevarieerd takenpakket:
- Het verzamelen van informatie en het opmaken van de offertes
- Het inplannen van de audits voor lokale en internationale schema’s
- Het uitgeven van de behaalde certificaten
- Het behandelen van alle inkomende correspondentie en vragen
- Het beheren van key accounts
