**Vacatureomschrijving**
Als Agent Lost & Found maak je deel uit van het Securitas Aviation Team. Uitmuntendheid in klantenservice is voor jou een erezaak. Je vriendelijke en spontane aanpak, evenals jouw flair voor detail zullen ervoor zorgen dat elke klant zich jouw warme ontvangst herinnert. Een verzorgd voorkomen, je glimlach en je positieve houding stralen uit op alle medewerkers.
- Je staat in voor het correct afhandelen van alle onregelmatigheden die betrekking hebben tot bagage.
- Je ontvangt de klant en zoekt een oplossing waarbij je verloren bagage opspoort en ervoor zorgt dat deze zo snel mogelijk bij de klant terug geraken.
- Je behandelt de bagageclaims en doet het beheer van de verloren voorwerpen.
- Je geeft gevolg aan verzoeken van andere luchthavens om bagage op te sporen.
- Taalgebruik in Nederlands, Frans en Engels zijn daarbij cruciaal.

- Je bent discreet en werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.
- Autonoom handelen en initiatieven nemen geeft je energie.
- Stressbestendige en flexibele werkhouding.
- Klantgericht.
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse, Franse en Engelse taal.
