Help us do it. We are excited to be recruiting for a Brand Manager to join our Green Division team, Oce Bio. The Company**:Oce Bio, also called the Green Division of Perrigo, is a business unit of Perrigo with a plant-based product portfolio focusing on natural OTC. Oce Bio has commercial activities in several European countries (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg). We are an omni-channel business with customers in organic/bio stores, specialized retail, para-pharmacy, pharmacy and E-commerce channels. Besides our own brands (Fytostar, Bional, Dexsil), Oce Bio also operates several distributionships (Floradix (Salus), Grünwalder)in the Benelux. **Scope of the Role**: As Brand Manager within Oce Bio, you will play a crucial role in further growing our brands in the Benelux. You define the strategy and its execution in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager. You report to the Marketing Manager Benelux. - You are in charge of your brand(s) as if they were your own, in close collaboration with all departments such as sales, regulatory, quality, supply, demand, finance,You are on top of your sales figures and marketing plans, challenge and adjust when needed - You analyze brand, client and market data for the brands you are responsible for and translate these into business opportunities - You develop the marketing & communication plans (advertising ,online, instore visibility, promotions,) and ensure its execution - You execute the activation plan with excellence in close collaboration and good communication between the several departments - You are able to report and present the brand plans and results to different stakeholders **Experience Required**: - You are University educated or equivalent, preference Economics - You have more than 3 years of experience in brand management - You have analytical skills, draw conclusions out of several data and love to think about growth strategies - You can translate ideas into concrete actions and results - You have an entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on mentality; above all, you are a business marketeer, that runs his/her brand as if it was his/her own business - You are a team player that can work in cross-functional teams to drive your brand(s) performance - You are a good communicator (in Dutch, French and English) **Benefits** We believe our people are our greatest asset.
