For these transformations, we are looking for a Transformation Communication Specialist.

We need a team player, in other words: you are an out-and-out people person. You have strong communication and organisational skills, including attention to detail and a flair for multitasking. You’re intellectually curious and an eager learner. You have at least 1-3 years’ experience in internal communication. You’re fluent in Dutch, French and English and you’re available for a full-time position.

This is a one year assignment. After this year, we look forward to look together with you towards other internal positions in the communication team.

**Responsibilities**:
As a specialist you’re a strategic advisor and coach for the various leaders in all phases of desirable transformation projects, with a good understanding of the context of the change and the perspective of the recipient. You like creating communication plans and constantly update the communication timeline for each project to ensure the specified target groups are always informed at the right time.

You’re responsible for advising managers on change communication and you provide hands-on support by developing relevant messages and communication material. The goal of this position is to assure the strategic deployment of communication and, in doing so, achieve the positioning, corporate and co-worker goals of IKEA in a time of transformation.

What else does it entail?
- Project, process and internal stakeholder management in a constantly changing environment, in which you set and monitor clear goals;
- You deliver consistent and transparent communication material in the IKEA tone of voice, which you create with care, precision and attention to detail;
- You collaborate with the Project Management Office, which monitors transformation projects and contribute to the growth and transformation of IKEA with communication;
- You fine-tune communication and enter into dialogue with the relevant internal stakeholders;
- You share responsibility for developing, adapting and implementing the communication transformation agenda;
- You work closely with the global transformation communication team;
- You provide hands-on design, implementation and follow-up support for transformation communication
- You can handle multiple topics, changing priorities and deadlines with a cool head.

This is a fulltime assignment for minimum 1 year (expected end period of the project is 2 years).
