This unit deals with all recruitment activities, from external placements to attracting new sales talents for Sellsior. - You will be responsible for the **management of our recruiters**, where you'll lead, coach, and develop the team so that they can achieve their individual and team goals. - Build and maintain **relationships with customers** to provide the best service and identify new opportunities. - You will be **responsible** for **developing a strategic plan** in line with the overarching business objectives, **managing the P&L** of the Business Unit, and **achieving **the** stated targets.**: - **You will develop **and** implement strategies **to** drive **the** BU's growth **and** profitability. **In doing so, you will **collaborate across business** units (Sellsior Sales Academy - Sellsior Experts) to develop new offerings. - You will actively work with the head of sales and marketing to **develop **and** implement **a** collaboration plan.**: - You record all important information in our ATS platform. - You participate in after-hours networking or commercial events (i.e. fairs, ) - In **addition**, you will take on the role of **360° recruiter**. Based on the 'lead by example principle, you will show recruiters how you handle your processes. - As head of recruitment, you are **part of the management team**. You will actively participate in the growth of Sellsior, and management meetings. Together with our current recruitment team, you will develop solution proposals covering all aspects of our portfolio, travel to client sites, participate in sales development, and negotiate and close strategic deals with C-level are among them. Your full-time physical presence in the office is required. **Skills and Qualifications** - You will preferably have experience as a Lead Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, Head of Recruitment or Business Manager within a staffing role. - You are ambitious, commercial, results-oriented and a real doer. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. - You are entrepreneurial and know how to get things done You like to put your good ideas into action.
