One of our clients is looking for a Scrum Master in Brussels.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You are the servant leader of the team, facilitating their daily work by removing impediments and managing risks and dependencies.
- Taking the role of feature delivery owner on complex features (cross-squads, cross-clusters, cross-tribes) and leading remarkable initiatives: driving the features in term of delivery, planning, quality, management of dependencies, reporting to the Management.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Fluent in English, French and Dutch.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Experience in delivery of programs/projects in an IT environment in the financial sector
- Expert knowledge of agile methodology and techniques (e.g. Kanban) & experience as a Scrum Master
- MS office tools
- Knowledge of Linux/AIX or storage or IT infrastructure more in general
