Audi Brussels is a production site located at the heart of Europe and part of the Audi Group. We started to produce the A1 in 2010. As of 2018, Audi Brussels is the very first Audi-site to produce an all-electric car, the Audi e-tron, but also its high voltage battery.
The Body Shop department is responsible for assembling the complete body according to the strictest standards of geometry, weld quality and surface finish, thanks to a team of highly-motivated colleagues using the latest production techniques and manufacturing processes.
**Function**:
- You are responsible for setting up, carrying out, analyzing and interpreting measurement-related activities in the Body Shop production environment.
- You are able to handle and communicate accurate information on measurement results (internal and external) at various levels.
- You are responsible for evaluating, recording, documenting and discussing results in order to monitor and guarantee the quality requirements related to Audi's (geometric) measurements.
- You check and follow up error reports on a daily basis and ensure that findings are handled correctly.
- You work together, give feedback and consult regularly with your direct colleagues, supervisors and planners, but also with colleagues in other departments (Quality and Preseries).
**Profile**:
- You have a secondary diploma in electronics, mechanics or industrial production (technical direction), or equivalent through experience.
- You have a thorough knowledge of measurement techniques and are able to interpret and analyze data.
- You have a basic knowledge of measurement techniques, tolerances and dimensional specifications, as well as body shop processes.
- You are willing to work in all teams and to attend training courses abroad.
- You have a very good knowledge of MS Office, including macro programming.
- You are fluent in French and Dutch and have a basic knowledge of English or are willing to learn it.
