**Vos responsabilités**:
- Vous assurez le bon fonctionnement du matériel IT et des logiciels au sein du département Logistique et travaillez à la résolution des problèmes afin de réduire le plus possible les dysfonctionnements éventuels.
- Vous êtes responsable de l'analyse de la performance et de l'optimisation continue des processus logistiques et transcrivez ces processus dans des méthodes de travail.
- Vous travaillez à la mise en œuvre de projets logistiques, par exemple en rédigeant des procédures de travail et en effectuant des analyses. Vous êtes responsable du test des projets et vous formez également les collaborateurs aux nouveaux outils et aux méthodes de travail, afin de garantir leur bonne intégration sur le terrain.
- Vous conseillez vos collègues sur les règles et les procédures à suivre dans le cadre des contrôles de qualité sur le terrain et répertoriez ces processus, en élaborant des méthodes de travail et en participant à des inventaires.
Vous développez de nouveaux outils et rapports pour soutenir la logistique.
**Votre profil**:
- Vous avez un esprit analytique et avez une connaissance approfondie des techniques informatiques.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance de MS Office, de SAP et des systèmes informatiques logistiques.
- Vous connaissez parfaitement les processus logistiques existants au sein de l'entreprise.
- Vous êtes à même d'organiser vos propres tâches, de sorte à garantir le bon fonctionnement du processus opérationnel.
- Vous discutez de manière constructive avec tous vos interlocuteurs.
- En cas d'imprévu, vous prenez l'initiative de chercher des solutions de manière créative, toujours en collaboration avec les autres membres de l'équipe.
- Vous avec une bonne connaissance du français et du néerlandais.

Horaire : 05h00 - 12h32
Rémunération : Selon les barèmes en vigueur au sein de Delhaize Belgique.
