Service Delivery Manager

**What will your days look like**:
Your day at DexMach starts with a great cup of coffee (or tea) and a little catch-up with the colleagues. Completely fueled, you start your day:
- **Customer facing** will be a big part of the job: you are the key person to maintain positive relationships with our customers. You build partnerships with our customer’s team leaders and identify their needs.
- You are a natural **organizer**, which means you ensure your project team’s processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
- Managing finances and budgets of your current projects is evident.
- During your day you will be **communicating **with your customers and your team members to coordinate delivering the best service.
- When faced with some of the more difficult challenges you will have a team of colleague service delivery managers to rely upon to help you meet those challenges. **Together **we deliver the DexMach added value to all customers.
- We ensure you: working at DexMach is so fun and interesting; it will be end of business day before you know it
**What you need to succeed**:
- You have strong proven customer service, project management, and quality control skills.
- Working with people is something you love. There is no “I” in team, you are a real team player
- You are pragmatic, a problem solver and you are someone who is responsible and pays attention to detail.
- Resource planning is something you master and you are a born organizer Knowledge of cloud solutions.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is a must, and you know how to express yourself in French.
- Lastly you must be authorized and eligible to work freely in the EU.
