**About the job**:
As a Creative & Communications Manager, you will be leading a team of thinkers and doers and bring a mix of marketing and communication expertise to the company. You are part of our brand team and it’s your responsibility to kick off and create concepts. We’re looking for a manager of people, someone that can inspire others, taking our creatives to a next level as we continue to grow.

We’re looking for someone who understands how to promote and sell the story of a certain collection, and how to lead a team of creatives to actually make it happen. In addition, you groom and manage the communication campaign to our audiences. You evaluate the success of the campaigns and adjust where necessary. You ensure that the online reputation of Suspicious Antwerp on social media will grow, measured by the increase of our followers and the increasing interaction with them.

**General responsibilities**:

- Deliver the content buildups for our recurring sales within the predefined timelines.
- You are the lead for everything regarding external communication meaning: all social media, PR, copywriting etc..
- You are the frontrunner of our online-interaction culture and challenge your colleagues to jump on global events and company happenings and see how we can play on this with our socials.
- You bring creative ideas to link to our sales concepts and you follow-up on the development and finetuning of these concepts.
- Implement and integrate the new communication innovations that we develop.

**Profile**:

- You have 2 years of related experience in devising and developing concepts & communication campaigns in an agency or corporate setting.
- You are strategically and creatively minded.
- Proven experience with concept development.
- A feeling for and ambition to lead a team of creative talent.
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.
- Experience within (online) retail is a plus.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a big plus
- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
- You are based in Belgium or willing to relocate.
