**WHAT'S THE JOB?**:
**PURPOSE-DRIVEN COMMUNICATION & STRATEGIC ADVICE**
- As a Corporate Communications Manager, you will act as a true sparring partner for both our teams internally and your key client.
- You will be plugged in for strategy, tactics, press releases, pitches and media outreach. You offer excellent strategic purpose-driven communications services and advice and guide your client(s) through the latest trends in the market.
- You have an authentical interest in purpose topics such as sustainability, inclusivity, and diversity.
- You always guarantee the best customer relation, and you focus on developing long-lasting partnerships with your clients.
- You truly understand our community-first approach, and you keep an eye on the latest evolutions within purpose-driven communication. You are able to translate these trends to our business and services.

**CLIENT DEVELOPMENT AND INTRAPRENEURSHIP**
- Inspiring and developing clients toward thought leadership bring you energy.
- You will have a main focus on one key client and will have the opportunity to further develop and diversify the client portfolio within the thought leadership trajectory as the business unit grows.
- You act as a true intrapreneur and will have the chance to further develop the expertise of corporate communications within oona.

**PEOPLE MANAGEMENT**
- You will build a strong expertise center within our organization, with later on the opportunity to develop your own business unit.
- You have the ambition to manage and coach a team.
- You are a genuine problem solver. In case of internal or external difficulties, you think solution-oriented.

**WHO ARE YOU?**:

- You have a proven track record of at least eight years in Marketing and Communication services, corporate communication, PR or journalism, ideally both on agency-side and in-house.
- You have a profonde experience in both client and project management.
- You are proactive, ambitious and have a true gift for spotting opportunities.
- You have a strong PR network and a good understanding of the different marketing channels. You are hungry for the latest news, in particular related to societal issues.
- You are both a strategic, conceptual thinker as a pro in the hands-on execution and implementation.
- You have excellent communication skills (NL/EN/FR), both written and oral.
