**The role**

Are you an analytical talent with a passion for data and affinity with business processes?

As a Data Analyst at Infinitas Learning, you will be part of a centralized Data & Insights team. Our role as the central team is to identify business problems worth solving, that need solving, and tackle them by utilizing, combining, and analyzing existing source data from systems such as Netsuite and Salesforce. This enables the business and customers to make better (data-driven) decisions more quickly and with greater confidence. We operate across a broad variety of domains such as finance, operations, commercial, learning didactics, and platform usage.

**What you will do**
- Design, build, and deliver accurate and fast analytical reporting and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI fed from the data marts.
- Work closely with various stakeholders within the business operations domain to identify areas where Data & Insights can be used to improve business processes and operation. You are excellent at linking data with business goals.
- Utilize a strong business acumen to identify and develop analytical use-cases with high value together with various stakeholders.
- Ensure optimal performance to maximize the use of the Power BI functionality. Excel in designing data models to best practices including use of complex DAX-calculations, making use of conformed dimensions and striving to push business logic to the data marts. Work in close cooperation with Analytical Engineers to give feedback regarding necessary design changes on data models and missing data.
- Communicate, document, and present the use of our analytical tools to peers and different stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Constantly stay up to date on new technologies in the analytical reporting, dashboards, and visualization space and where they may fit our initiatives.

You would be a good fit if you:

- Bachelor’s degree in either Data Analytics, Marketing Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science or relevant field with a strong business related component from an accredited college or university.
- 2 years of experience in data analytics is preferred: maintenance and support of analytical reports and dashboards.
- Designed, developed, tested, and supported analytical reporting and dashboards using technologies such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI. Experience programming in complex DAX calculations, Python, or R is preferred.
- Being certified for Power BI (PL-300) is a plus.
- Having consultancy experience is a plus.
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
- Fluent in Dutch or Swedish is preferred.
- Working permit within the European Union.
- Can work regularly at one of our office locations Antwerpen/Stockholm/Utrecht/Groningen
