Om ons team verder te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Solution Analyst** om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in **Bornem**.

Functie
Als Solution Analyst ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- Analyseren en in kaart brengen van de ASIS situatie van bedrijfsprocessen en systemen.
- Analyseren en beschrijven van wat het nieuwe of aangepaste systeem moet doen, hoe het nieuwe of aangepaste proces zal verlopen.
- Ontwerp van user interface en usability van applicaties.
- Ontwerpen en uitvoeren van functionele test(plann)en en begeleiden van user acceptance testen van de oplossing.
- Kennisopbouw en ondersteuning van kerngebruikers op functioneel vlak.
- Handover naar business en operationele organisatie.
Als Solution Analyst lever je volgende output:
- Context & scope diagrams
- Logical data model
- Proces model
- Use case diagram
- Functional requirements
- User (experience) requirements
- Integration requirements
- Test cases & plan
- Test report
- User manual and training material
Functie-eisen
- 8+ jaar ervaring als Solution Analyst
- ervaring in verschillende analyse-technieken
- ervaring in werken in projecten volgens waterfall methode
- ervaring in IT-projecten in een legacy omgeving én in pakketimplementaties
- ervaring in projecten met impact op processen
- bereid om minder ervaren collega’s te coachen
- talenkennis:NL/FR/EN
- pluspunten : ervaring in retail, logistiek en/of supply chain, ervaring in samenwerking met offshore team
