**Jouw dag als functioneel analist**:
Als functioneel analist sla jij de brug tussen onze klanten en ons product. Het is jouw taak om te zorgen dat ons product zo optimaal mogelijk bij de klant wordt geïmplementeerd. In eerste instantie sta je in voor een fitgap analyse. Je gaat in gesprek met de klant en analyseert de verschillende noden om vervolgens de mogelijkheden van onze toepassing hiermee te matchen. Je probeert zoveel mogelijk de processen van het product te volgen. De gaps en nodige informatie leg je intern voor en vertaal je indien nodig in technische termen om zo tot de best mogelijke oplossing voor de klant te komen. Vervolgens sta je mee in voor het implementeren van het product bij de klant. Je zorgt ervoor dat het product ingeregeld is naar de noden van de klant en geeft workshops en opleidingen aan de klant om het product onder de knie te krijgen. Tot slot sta je mee in voor een vlotte documentatie van het volledige proces zodat jouw collega’s na de implementatie alle nodige informatie hebben.

**Ben jij onze nieuwe functioneel analist?**:
We zoeken idealiter een collega met een master diploma op zak. Heb je een Bachelor en relevante ervaring, dan ben je zeker ook welkom bij Dileoz Een uitgesproken passie voor HR processen en een gezonde interesse in IT daarentegen, is een absolute must. Communicatief, analytisch denkvermogen en oplossingsgericht denken zijn eigenschappen die omschrijven wie jij bent.
