**Functie**: Als Community Ambassador heb je drie rollen:

- Community management:

- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle klanten op de locatie,
- Je deelt relevante informatie met de centrale diensten van het bedrijf
- Commercieel:

- Je beheert de opvolging van prospecten startend vanuit rondleidingen tot de onboarding na ondertekening van de overeenkomst,
- Je hebt een oog voor het bouwen van commerciële relaties met klanten,
- Je bent goed bereikbaar voor klanten en je zorgt voor een warm welkom
- Je introduceert mensen aan elkaar en neemt initiatieven om de wisselwerking tussen bedrijven te bevorderen
- Operationeel:

- Je zorgt ervoor dat de operaties achter de schermen optimaal verlopen. Zo garandeer je dat de klant de naadloze topservice krijgt die zo eigen is aan het bedrijf,
- Je creëert tegelijk een optimale teamwerking op je locatie en houdt die ook in stand,
- Je overlegt met je manager alle werkzaamheden van de week/maand,
- Je voert de planning uit in goede samenwerking met je collega's aan het onthaal, de runners en de andere facilitaire dienstverleners,
- Je neemt de organisatie van interne community evenementen en initiatieven voor je rekening,
- Je houdt een 'birds eye view' over je locatie, community, team,... zodat je ten alle tijden op de hoogte bent van wat er leeft

**Profiel**:

- Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelordiploma en hebt ervaring in event/office/people management.
- Je kan vlot overweg met MS Office, vooral met Excel.
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands, in het Frans en in het Engels.
- Klantvriendelijkheid behoort tot je DNA. Daarnaast ben je gestructureerd en georganiseerd. Je bent stressbestendig en komt snel op je pootjes terecht als je voor een probleem gesteld wordt.
- Je bent een positieve, people minded duizendpoot die niet terugdeinst voor een uitdaging meer of minder.
- Je ademt hospitality en je streeft naar de ultieme klantentevredenheid
