**Working as a TAM (Technical Manager)**:
TAM is a dedicated technical expert allocated to a single customer and works directly with the SDM on the customer.

They ensure technical governance by participating in the technical committees of the contract, preparing reports, and guiding the technical team on a daily basis.

With their technical expertise, they understand daily challenges and know how to guide their teams to resolve issues, ensure the best technical architecture is in place for the customer and continue to work with the customer as the business evolves.

The main activities of the Security TAM include the following:

- Serving as a technical interface between the team and the client (participates in investigations, accesses configurations and logs, etc.).
- With an in-depth knowledge of the security solutions within the scope, the TAM Run coordinates complex actions across all security components (modifications, upgrades, configuration of policies/parameters).
- A competent point of contact for anything related to security applied to the architecture.
- Recommending policies and optimizes rules for operational equipment (complex issues).
- Communicating all relevant data regarding configuration and security management.
- Providing the necessary documentation, duly updated.
- Delivering formal and specific reports based on the reporting capabilities of the tools.
- Regularly participating in and leading meetings and committees.

**What we expect of you**:

- A senior profile with over 5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency within Security.
- Proficiency in French and English
- Strong organization
- Strong communication
