Mission and key tasks
- Description of the mission and main tasks that will be given to the intern. _
- Scope of the mission: The person will work on a new _**_SAP accesses roll-out_**_ project for the Global Finance community, which includes 350 users. _
- Tasks:_
- _Contact each country to explain the new SAP composite role strategy and check if they have questions;_
- _Have defined dead-line to have their replies;_
- _Follow-up with the country before and after deadline (after if delays);_
- _Assist the country if they have questions on the role or sub-composite role assigned to the tower sub-process area; _
- _Provide hyper care from business access perspective;_
- _If a role/sub-composite role must be adapted, this needs to be escalated to the Global Shared Services Director;_
- _Frequent reports to monitor the development on various stages: communication, testing, go-live, hyper care._
