Als Credit Consultant ga je aan de slag bij één van onze klanten. Op basis van je profiel en jouw individuele situatie gaan we op zoek naar de perfecte match

**Wie ben jij?**
- Diploma Hoger Onderwijs of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, bij voorkeur in een juridische of financiële richting.
- Idealiter heb je 1 à 2 jaar ervaring in credit collection.
- Je bent analytisch ingesteld, communicatief en resultaatgericht.
- Je vindt een goed evenwicht tussen diplomatie en overtuigingskracht.
- Excel heeft weinig geheimen voor jou.
- Je bent vlot tweetalig (Nl-Fr). Andere talen zijn een dikke plus.

- Je kan goed zakelijk communiceren.
- Je hebt een commerciële instelling én bent klantgericht.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk en hebt zin voor nauwkeurigheid.
- Je kan goed je plan trekken, maar werkt ook graag binnen een team.
- Je kan je flexibel aan verschillende situaties aanpassen.
- Je bent stressbestendig.

- Follow-up van klanten voor onbetaalde facturen met het doel beperken financiële risico's.
- Betalingen onderhandelen met klanten en partners.
- Rappels versturen.
- Detecteer problemen met potentieel grote financiële risico's en stel oplossingen voor.
- Balancering van dubieuze schulden.
- Dagelijkse interactie met incassobureaus.
- Contact met advocaten over betwiste dossiers.
