**Required qualifications**
- Professional experience as a ServiceNow platform architect
- Senior technical expertise on the platform
- Professional experience working in ServiceNow platform capabilities
- Professional experience working with Integration (API's, Integration Hub)
- ServiceNow admin certification at minimum
- Focus on execution while looking for improvements and automation steps resulting in a better Quality of the Service
- Being able to provide guidance to the Run Squad product lead on the capabilities to enhance/integrate and best solutions to do it based on the ServiceNow roadmap
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Very good problem solving, analytical & investigation skills
- Familiarity with Agile Methodologies
- Proactive and self-motivated

- Other ServiceNow certifications

**The Role**:

- You **act as architect and expert** on the platform capabilities
- You** deliver solution design** on how to implement the platform capabilities
- You act as **Design authority on the full ServiceNow platform** ie you deliver Technical best practices to be followed by the full ServiceNow CoE in terms of solution design to maximise the maintainability and upgradability of the platform
- You p**rovide advice **to the product lead of the platform as well as the product owner on new platform capabilities released by ServiceNow that could benefit the company
- You continuously review the squad processes and provide ideas on how to improve them
- You have expertise on the different API's and integrations of the platform and ensure they keep on being documented as per process defined.
- You have the expertise to manage upgrade of the platform
