**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Architect Solution Design**: Lead ServiceNow architecture design for SPM/APM modules, ensuring adherence to best practices and European Commission objectives.
- ** Implementation Management**: Oversee end-to-end implementation of SPM/APM modules, including **Demand Management**, **Project and Portfolio Management (PPM)**, **Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP)**, **Resource and Financial Planning**, and more.
- ** Integration Expertise**: Design and implement integrations with other IT systems like **GitLab**, **Jira**, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms.
- ** Customization and Configuration**: Adapt ServiceNow to meet specific business needs by configuring workflows, data integrations, scripting, and other essential platform features.
- ** Platform Administration Support**: Work closely with ServiceNow developers and administrators to ensure optimal configuration, maintenance, and performance tuning.
- ** Comprehensive Documentation**: Produce architectural documents, technical configurations, and supporting material as required for the European Commission environment.
- ** Advanced Data Practices**: Provide expertise in ServiceNow Common Service Data Model and data modeling.
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**: Lead workshops, technical presentations, and knowledge transfer initiatives for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- ** Security and Compliance**: Contribute to the development and implementation of **Security Plans** and **Data Protection compliance** records.
- ** Governance Participation**: Actively contribute to ServiceNow Architecture Board meetings to ensure cohesion in platform strategy.

**Qualifications** Required Skills and Expertise**:
**Platform and Architecture Expertise**:

- Strong knowledge of **ServiceNow platform architecture**, focusing on SPM, APM, and ITSM domains.
- Proficiency in **workflow automation**, **data modeling**, and **platform customization**.

**Technical Proficiency**:

- ** Languages and APIs**: Expertise in **JavaScript**, **XML**, **HTML**, and **CSS**.
- Experienced in **REST/SOAP APIs** for system integrations.
- Strong understanding of **web services**, **event architecture** architectures, and **message-oriented middleware**.

**Experience Requirements**:

- ** 5+ years** of ServiceNow implementation experience, with at least **3 years focused on SPM/APM modules**.

**Methodology and Process Management**:

- Knowledge of **Agile methodologies** and related practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Good knowledge of **business process analysis** and alignment with IT strategies.

**Preferred Qualifications (Certifications)**:

- ** Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA)**.
- ** Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)** for SPM and APM modules.

**Language Requirements**:

- Fluency in **English (C1)** is mandatory.
