**Headit** is op zoek naar een **Customer Success Officer** voor een toonaangevende Belgische kennispartner actief binnen de juridische en fiscale sector.

Kantoor regio Antwerpen of Wavre.

**Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Customer Success Officer?**
Na aankoop van hun online producten ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat zij hun tools optimaal kunnen gebruiken en fungeert als brug tussen klant, sales en technische teams.

**Jouw takenpakket**:

- Nieuwe klanten begeleiden tijdens het onboarding proces en trainingen geven waar nodig;
- Ondersteunen bij registratie, login en eerstelijns technische issues;
- Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor vragen over functionaliteiten of commerciële aspecten;
- Klanten begeleiden na aankoop bij het optimaal gebruik van hun online oplossingen;
- Klantdossiers opvolgen, tevredenheid meten en actie ondernemen bij problemen;
- Klachten ombuigen naar positieve klantrelaties;
- Actief inzetten op klantbehoud en optimale product benutting.

**Wie zoeken wij?**
- Je bent communicatief sterk, je kan je vlot aanpassen aan je gesprekspartner en hebt een klantgerichte houding;
- Je hebt minstens een eerste ervaring achter de rug in een klant ondersteunde rol;
- Je begrijpt snel nieuwe informatie en denkt oplossingsgericht;
- Je werkt zelfstandig en gestructureerd, stelt prioriteiten en neemt verantwoordelijkheid;
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands, een goede basis Frans en Engels is vereist;
- Je haalt energie uit het verder helpen van jouw klanten.

Loon: €2.800,00 - €3.400,00 per maand
