International Partner Manager for An HR Tech Player

We are looking for a Partner Manager to join a market-leading client, who will focus on finding new partners for their international Partner Community. As a Partner Manager, you will actively hunt for new partners, build up a revenue pipeline, and deal with different international cultures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively hunt for **new partners** through **outbound** or **inbound** initiatives
- Successfully launch a new partnership from scratch
- **Brainstorm strategically and commercially** with your partner portfolio
- **Build up a revenue pipeline** and an accurate forecast
- Deal with different international cultures
- Quickly master a new technology
- Report directly to the Global Channel Director

**Requirements**:

- **Experience in a similar role**:

- Excellent knowledge of the **English** language
- Enthusiastic and positive mindset
- **Ambitious** and **proactive**:

- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Desire to make a difference in an internationally oriented organization
