**Business Marketing Consultant**

Are you a Consultant who can combine Business and Digital Marketing, with operational expertise to build outstanding experiences for our customer’s customer?
I am currently looking for a **Business Marketing Consultant** who speaks **Dutch** or **French** to join my client’s team in **Brussel, Belgium** on a Permanent basis.

**About the role**
- Align with Senior Consultants and customers on relevant business goals and critical metrics.
- Research and define customer personas, and build ideal state customer journey maps.
- Analyse data driven opportunities and identify consumer behaviors that can be influenced to drive impact.
- Ideate data, analysis and optimization use cases to support overarching business priorities.
- Contribute to value mapping exercises, and support the prioritization of recommendations according to value & complexity.
- Build measurement dashboards, and report back on customer’s digital marketing performance on a recurring basis.

**Required Skillset**
- You should be a driven marketer, conversant in current digital marketing trends and have some experience driving innovative digital marketing tactics that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- You must be familiar with digital marketing tactics that move the dial on success metrics.
- Exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Must have worked on full MarTech stack provider either Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Google.
- Experience with ad technology (DMPs, DSPs, Ad servers, Ad Exchanges, Cross-Device Tracking platforms.
- Experience successfully working with customers within the digital world ideally from agency or vendor side, or client-side experience in a dynamic, results oriented environment.
- Must have experience in Analytics and drive customer KPI using one or many of the leading marketing tools.
