Then this may the opportunity you were waiting for We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive commercial growth in Belgium and Luxembourg, support our agency partners and ensure customer satisfaction to maintain BYD’s position as a top choice car brand.

**Your role**:

- As a Regional Sales Manager, we expect you to drive and achieve commercial growth objectives in the BeLux.
- You guide and motivate our agency network to meet sales targets.
- You maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- You ensure agency compliance with BYD standards.
- You identify industry trends and opportunities.
- You manage logistics for efficient product delivery.
- You serve as the main point of contact for agency partners.
- You report to the Sales Manager.

**Your experience**:

- We seek a passionate, results-driven Regional Sales Manager who can inspire, lead, and achieve excellence in customer service within the automotive industry.
- You are customer-focused with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- You have a solid understanding of independent franchise agencies and sales dynamics.
- You are proficient in developing long-term relationships and identifying opportunities.
- You are able to lead through influence and collaborate effectively.
- You have an in-depth knowledge of automotive revenue drivers.
- You have 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
- You are experienced in exceeding sales targets and managing independent dealer networks.
- You have excellent social and communication skills.
- You are proficient in common software tools.
- You are fluent in Dutch and French, with good English skills.
