We are looking for a profile with a strong administrative background with a can-do attitude. Are you completely in your element when you can deal with internal and external follow-up of administration on a daily basis? At Pozyx you have a crucial role in our daily organization.
You are therefore the first point of contact for all administrative questions.
Office location: Vrijdagmarkt 10, 9000 Ghent.Key responsibilities
- Suppliers accounting (scanning + booking purchase invoices, contacts with suppliers and internal purchasers, maintaining supplier data, archiving ).
- You check and process the payments from the web shop and you ensure a correct flow up to Sales and Logistics.
- You ensure a correct input of created orders, and adjust them where necessary so that they can be followed up correctly. You ensure that everything is perfectly maintained in our internal ERP system and you adopt a critical attitude.
- You support the CFO with monitoring budgets and internal flows. You are proactive in optimizing our current work processes.
- You are responsible for the follow-up of creditor management and you check the overdue items on a weekly basis.
You work efficiently and flawlessly according to the established procedures and guidelines and you do this with an eye for detail and with an analytical mindset
Profiel
Profile we are looking for
- You have a first experience in a similar back office function.
- A first experience with Odoo (or a similar accounting tool) is a strong plus.
- You can work easily with Microsoft Office (Word - Excel - PowerPoint).
- You understand the cruciality of correct figures, and you like to delve into figures and reports.
- You are stress resistant, and you can deal with strict deadlines.
- You are not afraid to look at the current processes with a critical view and can take these processes to a higher level with your creative mindset.
- You have perseverance and the flexibility to evolve in a continuously growing and changing environment.
- You are friendly and customer-oriented.
- You can work independently and manage your own responsibilities. You take ownership of your work.
- You speak and write fluent English and Dutch
- You are organized, meticulous and a team player.

- Toezicht houden op en coördineren van de werking van de diensten, de juridische advisering inzake geschillen en financiële constructies

- Toezicht houden op het beheer van de liquiditeiten
