**Description of the function

As an Office Manager, your duties span from daily office management to setting up and maintaining systems and processes.
- Perform duties to support day-to-day operations i.e.:
- Schedule meetings across different time zones; travel arrangements, screening mail, filing, coordinate logistics for meetings and conferences.
- Process client invoices, salary payments, vendor payments, prepare supporting documents for accounting.
- Support HR processes, play an active role in facilitating a kind, respectful and collaborative culture.
- Set up and maintain organizational processes i.e.:
- Prepare correspondence, research, briefings, presentations, or other assigned documentation.
- Maintain departmental reports on an ongoing basis i.e. budgets, CRM entries, HR details.
- Create processes for repetitive tasks that drive effectiveness and improve communication.
**Profile description
**IS THIS YOU?
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
- Relevant vocational training or a relevant university degree.
- Proficient knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
- Business fluency in English.
- Business fluency in Dutch and/or French.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communications skills.
- Previous experience as an office manager or executive assistant in an international institution or fast-growing company is a plus.

- Ability to self-direct and work effectively with others.
- High motivation with a ¿can-do¿ attitude.
- Ability to demonstrate discretion, good business judgment and diplomacy as a person involved in high-level client contact with exposure to sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to routinely anticipate and solve complex administrative tasks.
- Capacity to develop, modify and adapt procedures that effectively meet demands of given situations.
