Tasks and responsibilities:

- Crafting and implementing communications and social media campaigns.
- Delivering related communications content such as press releases, speeches, presentations, position papers, brochures, newsletters, etc.
- Building and maintaining relations with media under supervision.
- Coordinating and managing the members’ communications taskforce.
- Drafting content for the website, newsletter and social media channels.
- Follow events and engage via social media with relevant online conversations.
- A to Z responsibility of the organisation’s communication and industry’s visibility on gmobility.
- Any other task required in your work by your manager.

Required skills & experience:

- Ability to produce clear, engaging content in English.
- A university degree in a relevant field of study, such as communications, journalism, political science, European studies etc.
- 3 years of experience, preferably in Brussels.
- A very good knowledge of European Union policy and understanding of functioning of the European Union.
- Preferably some background in the energy and/or transport sector.
- Strong communication skills, communicative and diplomatic.
- Familiar with WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, Google & Twitter Analytics an asset.
- Strong team player.
- Self-driven, proactive, creative.
- Authorised to work in Belgium.

The Natural & biogas Vehicle Association (NGVA Europe) is a European association that promotes the use of gaseous fuels in mobility, mainly renewable gas, and is committed to the necessary decarbonization of the transportation sector. Founded in 2008, with more than 110 members from EU and non-EU countries NGVA Europe represents the interests of companies and national associations from across the entire gas and vehicle manufacturing value chain. NGVA Europe is a platform for the industry involved in producing and distributing vehicles, gaseous fuels and components and includes gas suppliers and gas distributors as well. It helps European decision-makers in achieving climate neutrality also by the creation of accurate standards, fair regulations and market conditions related to gaseous fuels in mobility.
