R&d Pilot Assistant

**Mission**:
**Join our dynamic team as a**_Research and Development Pilot Assistant _**and immerse yourself in a world of delightful creations.**Support the development of new products and reformulation of existing products by**combining lab and pilot plant work**, organizing and executing trials, conducting analytical and sensorial measurements, and reporting your findings.**:
**Key accountabilities**:

- You plan, design, and execute **pilot trials**, including preparing raw materials and operating and cleaning the line.
- You create and organize trial reports, including conclusions and recommendations.
- You continuously improve and update test procedures in collaboration with the R&D Manager.
- You manage the stock of supplies, raw materials, and finished goods.
- You maintain lab and pilot equipment in collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers.You support administrative tasks, including maintaining and updating recipes in SAP, managing the administrative handover process to the factory, and organizing R&D events such as trainings and customer visits.

**Who are we looking for ?**
- You have a scientific background OR experience in a production/ operational environment with interest in R&D or lab work. Having a higher degree or experience in Food is not needed for this role.
- You are well organized and flexible. You have a real interest and passion for innovation and development in the food sector.
