**Your responsibilities**:
- Provide general support to visitors
- Manage incoming calls and mails
- Office support incl. building and facilities
- Administrative support for employees (book travel reservation, registration in Congress, organize conference calls and meetings, coordinate pickup and delivery of mails, sort incoming correspondence )
- Create & update file audits (contracts, confidential agreements, etc)
- Order office supplies & manage suppliers contacts
- Support Communication Department (organize internal events, manage website, update LinkedIn account,)
- Support Finance Department (process purchase orders, file invoices, provide support during closing periods, participate to audits, etc)
- Support Quality Assurance department (gestion de procedure pour notre département Quality Assurance, gestion des formations)
**Your profile**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar function
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in French and English, Dutch is a plus
- Good knowledge of Office Suite
- Knowledge of Winbooks is a plus
- Being able to follow up on LinkedIn and web site
- Flexibility to operate in multitasks environment
