Tech Product Marketing Manager

As Tech Partner Marketing you will report into the director tech Product Marketing. This role will primarily cater to products under the Parallels brand (Parallels Remote Application Server, Awingu, Parallels Desktop) and more specifically the VDI/Workspace products under the Parallels brand: RAS and Awingu (currently still called Awingu).
Your team is global and working across multiple time zones, so a high degree of comfort with remote work and availability for meetings outside of standard working hours is critical.
You will
- Be the champion and ‘expect’ for the products within Marketing; You will have expert understanding of all aspects related to the products, including having the ability to demo products.
- Be the product marketeer leading Parallels RAS and Awingu.
- Identify different personae that are relevant to the technology as well as the key target user-groups and use-cases.
- When relevant, you will provide internal or external speaking engagement (presentations) related to the product.
- Translate roadmap and feature capabilities provided by Product management into meaningful messaging for customers & sales. This includes
- Website content (e.g. product & use-case pages)
- Slide decks
- Product 1 pagers
- End-to-end manage new releases from a sales & marketing perspective
- Write relevant content - such as blog posts - with the help from the Tech growth marketing team (and their SEO/Keywork analysis)
- Support the rest of the Tech Marketing team in successfully deploying their activities (e.g. content creation or marketing campaigns).
- Work hand-in-hand with the sales & sales engineering teams to identify needs and areas of improvement.
You have
- 5 years or more experience as in Product Marketing for IT solutions; experience in the VDI/workspace market is a big plus.
- 8-10 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Hands-on experience in content creation (blogs, slide decks,) combined with strong story-telling skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical audiences; able to simplify complex technical messages
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple project at the same time
- Strong analytical skills and use data to drive insights
