- Join our dynamic global team as a Global Senior Product Manager PHYTOSOLUTIONS, where you will lead the development and growth of innovative complementary feedsolutions on a worldwide scale._

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive product and brand management strategies for the PHYTOSOLUTIONS range.
- Manage on-market products by implementing continuous improvements post-launch and collaborating in field trials.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams to align marketing, commercial, and technical initiatives.
- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and data to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and execute plans to maximize product value, market penetration, and commercial success. Support local sales teams through field visits.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You have a Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field—with complementary qualifications in Animal Nutrition (it’s a plus).
- You have 7-10 years’ proven experience in product or brand management within the feed and additives industry.
- With a proven track record in cross-functional teamwork and commercial
- On top you possess Excellent communication and presentation skills and you are capable of engaging technical audiences effectively.
- With your strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data and drive results-oriented strategies you contribute to our success.
- You are also solution-oriented with good commercial acumen and a creative mindset.
- As a collaborative team player with exceptional influencing skills you mark the business.
- You have a willingness and ability to travel regularly (up to 50%) to support global business needs. Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory, any additional European languages are a plus.
