EQUANS is op zoek naar een Project Manager voor de afdeling Lines.
Wat houdt deze job precies in?
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de goede opvolging van jouw projecten. Dit omvat onder meer:
calculatie en offerteopmaak van verschillende projecten
contacten en onderhandelingen met de klanten
beheer en opvolging van leveranciers en onderaannemers
realisatie van de contracten, door het bepalen van de organisatie, de werfbezetting, de middelen en methodes, teneinde het contract met voldoening voor de klant uit te voeren en de vooropgestelde financiële marges te behalen

Wat heb je nodig?
je hebt een diploma industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur of gelijkwaardig door een relevante ervaring in een industriële project management wereld
je hebt mínimaal drie jaar ervaring als project manager en teamleider
in je communicatie met klanten en leveranciers denk je steeds om de lange termijn
je kunt montage
- en bouwtekeningen lezen
als coach ben je motiverend en enthousiast t.o.v. je collega’s. Als budgetbeheerder heb je vooral oog voor rendement en naakte resultaten
je beschikt over een zeer goed technisch en organisatorisch inzicht
**informaticavaardigheden**: kennis van de courante office-toepassingen
leidinggevende capaciteiten en sociale vaardigheden
je kan in Team alsook zelfstandig werken
je bent contactvaardig en resultaatsgericht
**talenkennis**: tweetalig Nederlands/Frans
De divisie Networks is actief binnen drie domeinen
Lines
installatie en onderhoud van hoogspanningslijnen
assemblage en montage van hoogspanningsmasten
Substations
ontwikkeling en installatie van onderstations
Underground
aanleg van funderingen voor hoogspanningsmasten
Het departement Lines installeert, onderhoudt en herstelt hoogspanningslijnen (70 tot 400 kV).
Daarnaast assembleren en monteren ze ook hoogspanningsmasten (30 tot 260m).
