**Position Summary**

To strengthen our Demand & Supply Planning department within our Operations division, we are looking for a Demand Planner. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the demand planning process for one or multiple brands in our portfolio. Your main objective will be to accurately forecast sales to ensure high customer service levels while minimizing stock levels. Additionally, you will actively participate in the monthly Business Planning Process, representing the supply chain in meetings with sales, marketing, CDT, and finance. Collaborating with your Supply Planner colleague, you will also be responsible for optimizing the stock levels of your portfolio.

**A day in the life of a Demand Planner**
- You stand for an efficient and profitable inventory management in order to guarantee clients an optimal service.
- You make sure that your most important internal customers, Marketing and Sales, are able to execute their promotions in optimal conditions.
- You will work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to incorporate their input and generate accurate sales forecasts.
- Monitoring and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), you will regularly report on the weekly and monthly planning and forecasting activities, including forecast reviews and gap analysis.
- You will actively contribute to various planning and supply chain optimization projects.
- You build and maintain good relations with your internal clients in order to guarantee optimal collaboration and you act as flexible as possible.

**What will make you successful**
- A person with at least 2-3 years of experience in a business environment, preferably Demand Planning that also has an analytical background, preferably with a Master's degree in business, commerce, logistics, or supply chain.
- A client-focused mindset and a commercial orientation are essential, along with a proactive and hands-on approach.
- You should be able to handle stress and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities. Strong analytical skills and a willingness to take initiative are also key attributes.
- Professional proficiency in English, and preferably fluency in Dutch and/or French.
- Thorough knowledge of Excel, and familiarity with PowerBI is a plus.
- Curiosity and openness to new tools and processes.
