**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

The Demand Manager is responsible for effective and efficient Demand Planning & Stock management in the end-market. The role’s focus is to ensure continuous supply of goods to our customers, to report, manage and mitigate supply or shelf life risks with relevant stakeholders, hereby contributing to company targets.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**

**Operational / Business Results**
- Primary accountability for accurate end market demand upload with appropriate PIPO (phase in phase out) in accordance with remaining stock & NPI (New product introductions) plans, in order for Operations to plan productions accordingly
- Monitor stock levels to be in line with stock policies and request Operations & Logistic Partner corrective actions if OOS (Out of stock) threats
- Minimized Finished Goods and Material write-offs by supporting Brand marketing & NPI teams in change-overs
- Follow-up on sales evolution to detect & resolve future stock risks
- Prepare dashboards & relevant information to share within the S&OP cycle, such as stock levels, OTIF % (On Time In Full) and FFR % (Forecast Fill Rate)
- Appropriate information sharing with Trade, Finance and Brand on stock coverage, technical master data, SKU readiness and validation of SAP Material Master Data, to ensure seamless demand-, inbound and sales processes

**Management**
- Deliver a reliable weekly or mínimally monthly demand upload & make-to-order plan for filter tubes.
- Prepare and participate actively in the daily, weekly & monthly meetings with the European Supply Chain Hub, to contribute to OOS (Out Of Stock) prevention, stock level management and performance review
- Participate in stock policy reviews
- Monitor product freshness and contribute to information gathering in case of ad hoc product quality issues
- Formulate and implement suggestions to improve the demand & inventory management scope

**Leadership relationships**
- Manage & develop the demand planning executive role reporting into this function
- Maintain strong working relationships to achieve optimal collaboration across the functions (DRP, SP&I-Strategic Planning & Insights - Brand, NPI, Trade teams)
- Demonstrate team spirit to achieve departmental objectives and participate in continuous improvement

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- University degree or Higher Education longer type
- 2 years in a relevant role, FMCG experience is a bonus
- Good analytical skills
- People management skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). Dutch and/or French is a plus
- Stress-resistant and adaptable to changing decisions driven by a dynamic industry
- Can work independently
- People management / Leadership skills
