Notre client recherche un HR Manager dynamique pour rejoindre son équipe. En tant que HR Manager, vous serez responsable de la gestion des ressources humaines et de l'administration au sein de l'entreprise. Vous aurez l'opportunité de mettre en place des procédures efficaces et de coordonner divers projets. Si vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme en RH ou en administration, avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience, ce poste est fait pour vous

**Description**
- Analyser et recommander des modifications aux procédures et règlements liés aux ressources humaines et à l'administration.
- Agir en tant que conseiller en prévention,
- Superviser l'intégration des nouveaux employés
- Répondre aux demandes et questions des employés.
- Organiser et gérer les événements internes.
- Gérer la flotte de véhicules et les téléphones de l'entreprise.
- Suivre les tâches administratives et RH.
- Gérer la communication interne de l'entreprise.
- Prendre en charge les tâches administratives générales et les projets liés à la gestion du bureau.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe informatique pour résoudre les problèmes techniques et gérer les commandes de matériel.
- Coordonner le traitement et le paiement des factures.
- Gérer l'affranchissement du courrier de la Banque, y compris la gestion du courrier entrant et sortant.
- Accomplir d'autres missions.

**Profile**
- Diplôme de bachelier en RH, administration ou tout autre domaine d’études pertinent requis
- Parfaite maitrise de l'anglais, du néerlandais et/ou du français.
- 5 ans d'expériences professionnelles en tant que RH et/ou chargé d’administration.
- Le sens de l’organisation est essentiel pour cette fonction.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
- Une très bonne communication orale et écrite est requise.
