Je beschikt over allround management capaciteiten: je brengt timing, budgetten en competenties in evenwicht zodat overeengekomen doelstellingen eenvoudig opgevolgd en gerealiseerd kunnen worden. Je hebt ervaring met het ontwikkelen en beheren van projecten en processen. Je kan dit intern, en in samenwerking met externe (en internationale) partners.
Je bouwt snel voeling op met de eigenheid van een organisatie, en de technische expertise die die organisatie te bieden heeft. Vanuit het beheer van een project of een proces, kan je de verschillende inhoudelijke inputs die vanuit het team nodig zijn aansturen en opvolgen. Je begrijpt waar en hoe project
- en procesbeheer kunnen verbeterd worden ten dienste van het team.
Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring in of voeling met het onderwijs.
Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en doelgericht, en bent flexibel beschikbaar.
**AANBOD**
Je versterkt op freelance basis het Management Team van de organisatie. In opdracht van het Management Team trek je een aantal projecten en processen die door het team in samenwerking met externe partners gerealiseerd worden.
Onze voorkeur gaat uit naar freelancers die via tijdelijk contract kunnen werken, maar we nemen ook kandidaten in overweging die via factuur werken.
