**Over de organisatie**

De organisatie focust zich op de verkoop van allerlei producten voor de professionele installateur met de focus op buizen en toebehoren. In totaal heeft het bedrijf een 40-tal werknemers tewerkgesteld waardoor er een zeer familiale sfeer heerst. Jouw team bestaat uit 4 personen.

**Jouw nieuwe functie**

Als Business process manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt verlopen van alle processen. Je bepaalt mee welke processen kunnen geautomatiseerd worden en welk aantal resources hiervoor nodig zijn en rapporteert hierover aan de directie. Hiernaast zorg je ook voor het onderhoud van de bestaande applicaties. Verder zal je elke dag werken met de meest up-to-date versies van de meest bekende software. Hiervoor wordt voornamelijk beroep gedaan op Microsoft cloud producten. Tot jouw takenpakket behoort ook het zorgen voor een vlotte werking van de interfaces. Ook neem je een key-rol bij het implementeren van een nieuw ERP -en WMS systeem en het ontwikkelen van een nieuwe webshop. Een laatste aspect is de integratie van 2 ondernemingen op vlak van processen en software

**Jouw profiel**

Must haves:

- Masterdiploma (bv: handelsingenieur, IT, )
- Goede kennis Microsoft producten
- Kennis Power Query en/of SQL
- Stressbestendig en resultaatgericht
- Gedreven en analytisch
- Begrip business kant (bedrijfsprocessen) & IT kant (hoe de software werkt, hoe de architectuur in elkaar zit)
