Vlerick is a school, but it is run as a company, aligned with the high standards we foster in our different programmes. We are looking for a driven **Business Unit Manager **to join our **Customized Executive Education team**. This team of 15 enthusiastic and driven talents sell, design & deliver tailor-made programmes with impact for our local and international clients.

**The job**
- Lead this Business Unit with a focus on securing long-term revenue, internationalization, and reputation building.
- Manage, support & coach a diverse and international team of 15 highly motivated L&D consultants & account managers.
- Design and deliver top-quality and impactful tailor-made learning solutions for our international and local clients and build long-term relationships with them together with your team.
- Be responsible for business development, marketing and sales of our tailor-made in-company programmes (B2B).
- Facilitate the high-quality delivery of programmes you have designed and coordinate existing programmes to develop an in-depth insight in the overall executive education portfolio of the school.
- Align with different internal stakeholders. You work closely together with our faculty, researchers, our Service Centre and marketing team in the A-Z process of successfully delivering our programmes.
- Build partnerships with other business schools, academic institutes, and training & education providers to build the best solutions for our clients and forge relationships with industry representatives and media partners.

**You**
- Have outstanding people management capabilities and experience in working with diverse teams.
- Are a team player with a can-do attitude. Working with and for people energizes you.
- Can proactively identify and realize new business opportunities, challenge the status quo, and keep all the balls in the air.
- Have a proven track record with around 10 years of experience in Executive Education & Corporate Learning.
- Are passionate about designing and delivering impactful programmes of the highest quality and are driven by customer satisfaction.
- Like networking and keeping up with the latest trends in all managerial fields.
- Master English with a professional proficiency. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
- Are flexible and up for traveling and visiting clients on location, in and outside of Belgium.
